Komeo Physical Therapy is a privately owned physical therapy practice located in the heart of Bergen County, New Jersey.
“Komeo” means tend to or to take care of in ancient Greek.

Our mission is to provide high quality and compassionate care to all of our patients by combining cutting-edge technology with holistic oriented approaches. At the core of Komeo Physical Therapy practice lies a steadfast commitment to create individual treatment plans that help patients become the best version of themselves.

Dr. Jinha Park PT, DPT

Dr. Jin always had a strong interest in exercise and movement science; thus pursuing a B.S. degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies from Rutgers University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hampton University.

He is a Board Certified licensed physical therapist in the state of New Jersey. After gaining an array of knowledge and experience through clinical education and doctorate training, he gained a vision of creating an environment where the patients’ health is prioritized and their treatments individualized. This led him to develop his own style of physical therapy and he is now the owner and physical therapist at Komeo Physical Therapy

Komeo PT is where you need to go if you are in any pain or discomfort! I am 64 years old and recently had a total hip replacement. Dr. Jin helped regain full motion and strength and half the average time for hip replacement rehab. I now have no limitations or discomfort with any activity. He is very kind and patient, and really takes his time to explain every step of your recovery process. He is not only very skilled but has a compassionate heart towards the patients. He literally spends the entire session with you 1 on 1, unlike other PT places that have aides working on you and leave you on heat pads for 15 minutes. I had seen Dr. Jin due to an injury on my hip. It had happened during my season. I was afraid id be missing the rest of the season though Dr. Jin helped me out. I received personalized attention throughout the whole treatment. A couple of weeks of strengthening exercises for the hips and stretching routines helped the injury a lot. As well as tips on how to rest and deal with the injury at home. Dr. Jin's office helped me a lot to get through this injury and if you are looking for similar treatment I highly recommend it. Injured my shoulder during football practice. Dr. Jin treated me with attention and care. Lots of manual therapy and structured exercise program. No BS electric stim, hot pads, tech gadgets, and other placebo BS nonsense stuff like other places. Exercises are not new to me but he really motivated me, even texting me on weekends to make sure I'm doing alright. Shoulder 100% after 5 weeks and I'm now stronger than before.
